We welcome and affirm people of all abilities. We have taken the following steps to assure full participation.
Mobility
Our sanctuary, social hall, and religious education classrooms are accessible to those using wheelchairs, walkers, or having limited mobility. A ramp allows access to the dais for service leaders and choir members using walking assistance or wheelchairs.
Hearing
We have t-coil technology connected to our AV system. During all church meetings and workshops, anyone wishing to speak from the audience is strongly encouraged to use portable microphones so those who are hard of hearing are not excluded. Closed captioning of our services is broadcast on screens in the sanctuary and on Zoom.
Sight
Large print hymnals are available. Please ask any greeter for assistance. If you would like an orientation tour of the campus during the week, contact the church office to make arrangements.
Immunocompromised Individuals
Masks are a vital part of reducing the risk of communicable diseases, and we fully support anyone who chooses to wear one. Masks for children and adults are available at both main entrances. Services and meetings are offered over Zoom to allow full participation.
Accommodations for Children
If you want your child to participate in the spiritual exploration program and feel that they may require accommodation due to learning disabilities or behavioral issues, please contact the Children and Youth Faith Formation staff in advance so the best possible arrangements can be made.
