Self-consciousness and perfectionism can lead us to isolate ourselves, projecting differences and divides in how we relate to each other. If we struggle with self-acceptance and love, how can we believe that others will accept and include us? Unitarian Universalism centers love and inclusion, and living out our values means accepting and loving ourselves and each other – allowing us to be radically inclusive and appreciate our shared humanity.
