What does it mean to truly welcome someone new? Not to simply greet them at the door, but to meet them with openness, humility, and genuine curiosity about who they are and what they bring. Pastor AJ Blackwood and Service Associate Meri Gibb reflect on the spiritual practice of curiosity as an act of welcome and hospitality. Together, we will explore the difference between curiosity that builds connection, and curiosity that crosses boundaries, asking how we can approach one another with care rather than assumption. What does it mean to listen deeply, to make space for new stories? To remain open enough to be changed and transformed by those who shape our community to better meet the needs of those who seek belonging among us? We will also joyfully welcome new covenantal members into the life of this fellowship, celebrating the ways our community grows stronger and richer with each new voice.
