Portrait of Jean Nuttall, a white woman with grey hair

Jean Nuttall

Originally from New York State, Jean (she/her) moved to Colorado in 1979.  After retiring from teaching, Jean and her husband, Jasper, spent a few years in Florida.  There Jean learned about Unitarian Universalism at an interfaith gathering.  In Florida, Jean also discovered a second career working with the elderly.  She pursued this career when she returned to Colorado in 2012 and retired again in 2022 since she was now one of the elderly!! After joining the Fellowship in 2012, Jean has served in a few different roles: Hospitality Team Member, Committee on Shared Ministries member, Service Associate, Co-coordinator of Covenant Groups, choir member, Carol Pranschke’s calendar assistant, and member of the Membership Engagement Council.  Jean appreciates the many ways in which members of the ‘Ship support each other, both during challenging times and times of celebration.
